Dani Myers is an expert liar.  By becoming a relationship expert who helps her clients end their relationships, she has also put herself in a position where she will not tell her family, her true profession.  They believe she is working as a web designer, writing copy for websites.  In reality, she finds tactful ways to dump unsuspecting people.  Her job is going well, although she finds it hard to follow one rule:  Do not get personally involved with a client.

Dani finds twists and turns in her job that many of us can never imagine.  Ms. Edwards has created a comic tale of errors.  When Dani realizes a new client wants to dump her father, she finds herself in disbelief that he could cheat on her mother.  Learning both parents are openly dating puts her in a tailspin that readers will empathize with, while laughing at the scenarios Dani and her brother concoct to reunite their family.

YOUR BIG BREAK is a book that will leave readers reeling.  Nothing about this plot seems old; it is truly a new take on romance and fiction.  Dani is a loveable heroine that needs guidance.  She just wants to help, even when her plans backfire, readers will smile and say, “wow” what a great idea.  This reviewer found herself thinking of Dani as a friend, hoping she would succeed, and sighing when she did not.

Everyone knows breaking up is hard to do, but when a service takes the heat, it spells only one thing, humor.  Ms. Edward has created a novel that this reader will re-read for years to come, looks forward to her backlist, and hopes to find more from her in the future.  This reviewer highly recommends this novel to chick lit readers, while it is a novel idea that may not be the best way to end a relationship; it will make a great read!
