Not everything is as it seems. Princess Katherine has a little problem. She has not long given birth, again.  Her husband Cole is concerned for her and wants to make sure that she is well rested before he performs his husbandly duties. Katherine is at her wits end at his loving care, because she is more than ready for his attentions. She decides to tell him a story to make a point.

Susan Baer is a successful businesswoman and owns Baer Hugs, a fitness and beauty studio. She hires Duncan to help her because not only is he competent, he is also gay, which will lessen the complications that happened when she had other male co-workers. Susan finds herself attracted to Duncan more and more each day and is frustrated because of his 'preference'. She lets herself get sidetracked with two other men.  Duncan was happy to get the job at Baer Hugs. He is a private detective and suspects one of Susan’s employees to be a missing person he is looking for. Pretending to be gay didn't seem so difficult at first, but the passion that the boss lady fills him with is driving him to distraction.

Dee S. Knight has written a sensuous, humorous story that will get the reader both laughing and panting.  An erotic, romantic version of the fairy tale of Goldilocks and The Three Bears, this is a character driven story that heats up at the right pace. Susan is a wonderful character and Duncan is drool-worthy. The chemistry between Susan and Duncan is delightful and sizzling.  The other two men in Susan's life are not so pleasant, but Ms. Dee shows her insight into the human character and has used them to enhance and drive the plot along. The reader is captured from the first page on, and will not put this book down until the last page is read. This story has all the elements for an enjoyable afternoon read. This is not only a scintillating tale, but it will give the reader warm feelings and a satisfying time. Isn’t it obvious that this reviewer enjoyed this story very much? This reviewer will certainly be reading more of Ms. Dee's work.
