Captain Ardor Kahn,
the Riezell Guardian Primary, has been given the mission of
assassinating King Alejandro of Storia. She was to go undercover as a
prisoner; given that the King was known for freeing beautiful prisoners
so they could warm his bed. However Ardor was intercepted and taken
prisoner for real by Lord Savidos. Seeing the skeletal Lord Savidos,
Ardor learns the meaning of terror.
Lord Savidos, the
leader of the Storian rebels was given information about Arbor so they
captured her to make sure that she did not complete her mission. Upon
seeing Ardor, Lord Savidos was struck by desire for her. Is Ardor an
enemy, worthy? After all, Reapers mate for life.
Ms. Boyett-Compo
has once again graced her loyal fans of the Reapers with another winner
in ARDOR’S LEVECHE. Ardor is a wonderful heroine. She is smart,
ambitious, fearless and much the fighter. Watching her thought
processes and her growing attachment for her ‘enemy’ was a real treat.
Lord Savidos is the ultimate alpha warrior though he seems to have
retained more of his humanity than a lot of the Reapers. His growing
love and care for Ardor brought tears to this reviewer’s eyes.
This reviewer looks
forward to any book with Ms. Boyett-Compo’s Reapers however ARDOR’S
LEVECHE did leave some unanswered questions such as what is a Riezell
Guardian and just how unique is their Primary? Hopefully these will be
answered in upcoming books or perhaps putting out an encyclopedia
covering all of her books.
This reviewer would
like to recommend ARDOR’S LEVECHE to any readers of paranormal, shifter
or futuristic romance and of course to all who love the Reapers! Get
your copy today. You will not be disappointed!
