After reading
this book, this reviewer needed to sit back a few days to digest it
all. It’s a roller-coaster ride of emotions that will leave the reader
breathless. The suspense is tight, fear and terror are very present and
Joy Fielding takes her reader deep into the depravity and psych of her
characters. The reader will be holding onto her seat, turning the pages
furiously to get to the end to see how it all turns out. Jess is the
tortured heroine in this fast-paced story and Ms. Fielding doesn’t let
up for a minute. This reviewer read this story in one sitting; it
demanded not to be put down. And, dear reader, if you are prone to
checking out the last few pages, just for peace of mind, don’t!! You
will spoil the marvelous twist that Ms. Fielding has prepared for her
readers.
