Wow, this reviewer was captured with the first page and held spellbound until the last.  Not able to put this book down, this reviewer read it straight through until its last page.  And here’s a warning, the reader had better have a hanky ready for those last pages.  This is an action packed, compelling read that will have the reader on the edge of her seat frantically turning the pages while gasping at the twists and turns this tale takes.  Ms. Cornelison writes a tortured heroine, one who has suffered abuse and humility and displays perfectly the characteristics of such a person.  Her hero is the perfect match in that he has had a sister under the same circumstances and he knows just how to deal with her.  Hardly an erotic romance, it is however still tension filled and very romantic.  A wonderful book that romantic suspense readers will highly enjoy.
