Katie Long is feeling stifled living in a small town working in the cash cage of a casino.  She wants to move to a bigger city where no one knows her or will gossip about her activities.  Joe Carson works security at the casino she works for.  The attraction between them instantaneous and Katie’s life heats up! 

Katie could be considered a shy wall-flower.  She wants to experience more.  Katie feels  her life has not been as fulfilling as she imagined it could have been.  The reader can empathize with her feelings and desires.  Joe is an alpha male.  He dominates every scene he is in.  The reader can visualize him from the author’s description.  The sexual action is hot and heavy between them.  Although there is a plot line, the main focus of the book is the sexual fantasies/acts between Katie and Joe.   

BOUND  is a book filled with eroticism from start to finish.  It is wall to wall sex as these two go at it constantly.  The publisher labels this an erotic romance but the emphasis is on erotic rather than romance.  This reader found the romance lacking between the lead couple and the over abundance of sex to be too much.  The sexual acts dominated the story and thus the reader is left with a sense of something lacking with the book.  If you want a book with intense and lots of erotic action, then BOUND is for you.  If you want romance with your erotic action, then BOUND is not for you!
