Lindsay Riordan has brains and balls, so to speak.  However, her blonde haired, blue eyed, curvaceous babe looks have meant a steady exposure to rumor and innuendo.  She may be coolly professional but this does not protect her from being targeted as a bimbo. 

When she chances to overhear the handsome office wunderkind making untrue boasts of relations with her to a couple of the company’s jerks, she decides on a course of revenge.  Little does she know how delicious this will turn out to be and it is far from cold. 

In growing frustration, Jared Hunt takes a gamble in trying to get closer to the two employees at Tron Corp of whom he has been suspicious.  The leading clues found so far are a rather obvious framing job.  However, his hopes of getting close and shaking something loose results in an altogether unexpected situation.   

Arriving home one evening, he surprises an intruder.  When Jared comes to, he discovers that he is naked and bound to his bed.  The beautiful, intelligent woman he has been lusting after is tantalizingly near.  Lindsay believes she has been wronged and she has settled on a most exquisite form of retribution. 

Some of the circumstances may seem a bit farfetched or contrived.  Regardless, this reviewer says to sit back and go where the author takes you.  Ms. Harte will not steer you wrong.  Fit to be Tied is a fast but wonderfully erotic little fantasy with interesting characters and a good plot. 

It is amazing how this author is able to flesh out a short storyline so well.  The details are placed in a way that everything ties together in this small but extremely spicy morsel.   

The heroine may make choices that sound a bit extreme to us, but one can not help but root for her.  As for her efficiency in various matters, Lindsey is given a background that makes her capability to fight and subdue quite realistic.   

Likewise, Jared is luscious and believable.  He is given a perfectly plausible backdrop in being more than he initially appears. It is refreshing to see a strong and loving hero not written in the über-alpha style.  One could not help but notice that he kept getting distracted from his attempts to talk his way out of his state of bondage. 

Everyone can relate with the exasperation of being the subject of a rumor and one has a lot of sympathy for anyone having such happen over and over again.  Most of us have fantasized that the person making such slurs gets their comeuppance.  What a clever idea to mix the idea of this type of fantasy with another more erotic one. 

The author is notable in being able to make those sex scenes pop and sizzle.
