Seth Graham was the
lead singer of the once hottest band in the country Blue Silver. Seth
managed to steal Cassie’s heart as a teen to the point of marriage. But a
few years later as drugs ruled his life, the band began to fall apart
along with their marriage. Cassie found refuge back home in Philly, where
she attempted to put that part of her life behind her and start over
alone.
Now ten years later
Blue Silver has decided to reunite and go back on tour. Georgie, Cassie’s
best friend and former Silverette begs Cassie to call Seth and convince
them to come to Philly for a performance. Against her better judgment she
gets them to come perform for a charity event. Now all five members of the
Silverettes are together for a show they missed almost twenty years ago.
Will Cassie succumb to Seth’s charms? Will they find their forever?
What can this
reviewer say about LOST OUR FOREVER? Well for one Ms. Damschroder
brought this reviewer back home talking about the band during a club tour
in Albany, New York. Also this reviewer had no trouble relating to the
groupies, so to speak, as this reader too had a gang of girls who acted
the same way in our teens.
LOST OUR FOREVER
was cleverly written and draws you immediately into the action. From the
first paragraph you are thrown into the problem and want to know how it
will be solved.
Ms. Damschroder’s
portrayal of Seth was tight. He’s a former druggie who can fall victim to
the perils of the underworld at a given moment. He knows he lost something
good when Cassie left him. He knows he must win Cassie’s trust if they’re
to reconcile and he’s without limits to do it.
LOST OUR FOREVER
is only one book in a five book series, but can also stand on it’s own.
This reviewer feels it’s a must read.
