Well, when my boyfriend wanted to take me away, I was thinking more of warm beaches, soft sand, hot sun and a cocktail or three.  Not sitting at the edge of this half frozen lake talking to a swan in Russia.  And certainly not staying in the house of some very shady characters.  So, I told the swan all about it.  Imagine my surprise when the swan answered me.  I thought I must be going a little crazy, but it’s true.  Apparently, he and the other swans had been cursed long ago, and I could help them break it.  Life is starting to get interesting.  Oh, and the best is yet to come.  A ballet was performed for us tonight.  The lead dancer was the most attractive fellow I’ve seen for a long time, and those tights were to die for.  I almost died when he winked at me.

Marie Treanor has written a saucy, seductive story that’s filled with a generous dose of humor that will pull the reader in from the first paragraph and keep her reading until the end.  Told in the first person, Ms. Treanor draws the reader into the head of the heroine as she goes through her adventures.  Russia, swans, ballet dancers blend in together to give the story realism and depth.  In fact, this reviewer was immediately thinking of the Swan Lake story as she read its opening paragraphs.  Ms. Treanor puts her own unique twist into this tale, spices it up with some hot sex and gives the reader a very entertaining story.  This reviewer had to chuckle at the ballet scene.  Don’t you like to get a look at the male ballet dancer’s package as they jump around the stage?  Own up now!  Anyways, this reviewer can highly recommend this treat.
