Cat's Eyes

Silje Nordstrom is a shapeshifter; she is new in New York and works for Department 57, a covert, government agency for Talents. While on a mission in a male stripper club to uncover the dealer of a new designer drug, she becomes fascinated by the two Brazilian strippers. They seem to be so into each other that there doesn’t look like there could be room for more, but things are not always as they seem. Devante gets to show Silje what she’s missing when he’s booked for a private session with her and he gets Ari to join them. The terrorist organization PHR is involved and if Silje, Devante and Ari don’t shut them down, the drug that has been developed for Talents could run free affecting humans also. Silje has to be very careful, or her new lovers could end up very dead. And when everything is over, a bonding between three shapshifters has never been heard of, who will Silje choose?

This reviewer is thrilled to see another Department 57 story from Lynne Connolly. Cat’s Eyes is a wonderful, exciting tale (oops, pun intended) that will grab the reader and take her on a sensuous journey. Ms. Connolly has written a really hot story that includes some male on male action and a wonderful menagé a trois that is not only sensual but very romantic. It’s enough to get every reader purring. This is one very talented author who gets better with every book she writes. Silje is a woman who has been alone for some time and has not yet been able to meet her Mr. Right, so she is in for a big surprise when she meets two of them. Devante and Ari are men to drool and pant over. Two Brazilian, hot hunks, what a fantasy. This is a great read and this reviewer can highly recommend it and is looking forward to more from Department 57.
