Sloane Marshall has a special gift.  She can find people with special powers.  When she does, she trains them and then they join the guild of super heroes, helping to protect the world.  But Tommy Idaho is different.  He has great power but doesn’t want anything to do with being a super hero.  He also has great control over his powers.  Magnus VanDein is also interested in Tommy and he knows his secret weakness and is out to get him for his own dastardly evil machinations.  Sloane gets to Tommy first, and if Tommy doesn’t embrace what he is they could both end up dead.  Sloane is also very attracted to Tommy, and although she has never had a relationship with a super hero, she is longing to see him out of control. 

Ms Damschroder has written and action packed story with lots of adventure and a good mix of hot sex.  This short is a great read that will certainly have the reader running for the ice box before it’s over.  Ms Damschroder has blended a great plot with a sensuous and sexy romance to give a good all round read.  Her characters are multi-dimensional and the story has enough emotion in it to make this a very satisfying read.  Both hero and heroine have secrets they are withholding from each other, but their love makes them trust and willing to take the chance.  This reviewer loved this story and the reader must be sure to look up this whole series of super heroes as they are all unique and very good.
