Gwen has had a thing for her brother’s sexy best friend Reynaldo for what seems like forever but he seems oblivious to her blatant attempts at seduction.  When he finally succumbs to Gwen’s charms, she gets more than she bargained for including kidnapped.  It’s probably a good thing that Reynaldo is a vampire, right?

Loose ID Publishing is tempting its readers this Halloween season with a short but sensual vampire delight in TEMPTING REYNALDO by Essence.  The story is a quick read at just under seventy-five pages but the tension builds quickly and the characters smolder as only a vampire romance can.

Reynaldo is tall, dark and sexy and virginal Gwen is tired of waiting for him to notice her, but she refuses to throw in the towel.  She may not have very much first hand knowledge about seduction, but she is determined to find a way to get her man.  Having heard that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, Gwen takes her seduction to the kitchen and more than dinner gets heated when these two get together.

When Gwen and Reynaldo finally take a chance at romance, Gwen is in for a few surprises, the least of which might be that Reynaldo is a vampire.  Someone is out to rid the world of the undead and Gwen has just walked into his line of fire.  This small bit of storyline gives a nice counterbalance to the romance aspect of the story, even if the whole story can be read in just a few short hours.

Short but steamy, Essence’s TEMPTING REYNALDO is a vampire romance to heat up any cold November evening.
