Not everyone is
PLAYING NICE, in Kit Daniels new contemporary romance novel.
Jessie has a great
job, the lead in a way off Broadway play, and a part boyfriend, Kyle, of
seven years who is away more than he is around. Her life is perfect until
one set designer name Mick enters her life. Her once perfect life turns
into a nightmare on Broadway.
Mick is one sexy
guy, who’s had his fill of actresses. So when Jessie and Mick are thrown
together Mick tells her upfront he wants nothing to do with her. This was
fine with Jessie because she thought she was staking him out for her best
friend Tracy.
Jessie and Mick
can’t deny the growing attraction. Giving in to desires they begin seeing
each other off the set. But Mick has an ex who’s stalking him and turns
her anger to Jessie.
Will Mick be worth
it for Jessie to stick around to deal with his ex’s crazy antics or will
this be a fatal attraction?
Ms. Daniels knows
how to create some zany characters and she’s certainly surrounded her hero
and heroine with quite the mixture. PLAYING NICE is a concoction of
humor, suspense, and romance all rolled into one.
With Jessie, Ms.
Daniels, brings you on a roller coaster of emotions. She’s happy, sad,
angry, and confused at any given moment. She’s struggling with the lose of
a father she believes abandoned her and her mother at a young age. But
she’s content with her life as it is and stubborn to change.
Mick is a classic
hero. He’s the knight in shining armor every woman dreams about. He’s a
protector, but he has baggage, in the form of a stalker.
A round of applause
for Ms. Daniels creation of Victoria, the ex and a stalker. Victoria is a
fatal attraction in the making. The extremes this character goes to are
incredible.
PLAYING NICE
is a book you just can’t put down. This reviewer carried the book
everywhere and read it with every free moment, just to find out what would
