The author has written a beautiful debut book. The plot twists and turns as you follow the journey of two people, hurt by their pasts, and afraid to step into their future together. They have learnt, betrayal comes in many disguises, and always hurts, but sometimes it was unintentional. The passion is beautifully written, in this fresh tale. The characters were interesting and were displayed with hidden depth. The pace of the story was fluid and smooth with some surprise moves. The theme was good with easy to follow action and scene changes. The conflict was handled with compassion and was believable. The story was clear and concise with a good tone. The finish was satisfying with a clear future for the main characters on the horizon. Holly’s background was an original and interesting as we gradually learn about her background.

Reaching out and finding a soul mate to ease the pain can sometimes be hard to do. In this tale of love and passion the reader will find a beautifully written story, filled with compassion and caring.
