Minot and his female
partner, Calia are on a mission to steal a very important item for their
government. Only, things do not turn out quite the way they had planned.
Well, really, they did not turn out at all the way they had planned.
Minot, just when he
thinks he has succeeded in achieving his goal, is caught. Now he is the
possession of a slave trader.
THE ANDUMI EFFECT
is by Laura Bacchi. Ms. Bacchi wrote a very imaginative futuristic in
THE ANDUMI EFFECT. This reviewer enjoyed that aspect of her writing.
What this reviewer did not care for was her use of the word ‘prick’. Time
and time again, it took an erotic encounter that should have been sexually
titillating and conjured up not a beautiful part of a man’s anatomy, but
caused negativity toward the sexual acts instead. And yes, the word was
used over and over again. If Ms. Bacchi had changed up this word with more
appealing verbiage, this reviewer would have definitely found this
futuristic tale much more appetizing to read.
Now, if that word
does not bother you, then this gay futuristic book will translate much
differently to you, the reader.
Minot craves the
flesh of men and it looks like he will get his fondest wish, only it was
not quite the way he would have wanted it when he is caught and held by a
slave trader. This big, strong hunk of a man will exert his will and ways
over Minot.
Not all things are
what they seem in this erotic futuristic. The lines of right and wrong
will be blurred and twisted in the most of carnal ways. So be prepared!
If you love M/M
futuristic written with an imaginative flair, Ms. Bacchi has achieved that
with THE ANDUMI EFFECT, even with the overuse of one word in
particular this reviewer found entertainment in this book.
