When Sir Geriant witnesses Lady Enid fending off bandits by herself, he is immediately captivated.  While escorting her to Camelot, he falls in love and seeks marriage.  But now they are married, Geriant discovers that Enid has secrets that she is unable to share with him.  Was Geriant being impulsive in marrying Enid, or will he be able to learn to trust her in time to save their marriage? 

KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE:  GERAINT by Gwen Rowley is a delightful tale of love between two unique individuals set in the days of the Round Table.  It is complete with magic, trolls and of course knights.  Enid is definitely not the normal woman of the times in that she is a warrior in her own right.  In fact, she trains the young men of her land how to fight.  Watching her attempting to become the wife of a Knight of the Round Table is amusing at times and heartbreaking at others.  Geriant is much more open-minded than most men of this time period, yet he second guesses himself constantly due to this strength.  This reviewer wanted to slap him upside the head many times during the book yet had to cheer when he learns to trust his heart. 

This reviewer recommends KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE: GERAINT to any reader who enjoys her historical romance spiced with magic.  And be sure not to miss the next book in the series Knights of the Round Table: Gawain as it is also sure to be an enjoyable way to while away a summer day.
