In the book IF ONLY YOU COULD ONLY CHOOSE YOUR MOTHER, Masie is a sixteen-year-old girl with a divorced father and a younger brother. Her father is constantly having sex with his extremely loud girlfriend in the room next to Masie, and she has to go to sleep to the moaning almost every night. 

Of course, she has her friends, and later on her boyfriend, but how is she suppose to manage with Kyle, her brother, turning his music to ungodly volumes all the time. And on top of other typical teenage problems, she has to deal with her father and his girlfriend Eve! 

This book was a lot better than expected and while it took a while to start, it was an extremely quick read. This reviewer liked this book because she could relate to the main character quite well through out the entire book. This reader also thought that the plot line couldn’t have been better than what it was because there weren’t any conflicts that didn’t belong or any quick flash backs with no warning. This reader felt also, that the characters were all very realistic to the point that she felt as if she knew them.  This story was very real to this reader especially since some of the things that occurred were scenarios that this reader has heard of before. 

IF ONLY YOU COULD ONLY CHOOSE YOUR MOTHER managed to entrance this reader totally.  Be sure to pick up your copy.
