Kong cannot believe he is putting his team’s lives in the hands of a woman.  Even harder to imagine is the delicate and sexy woman standing before him being as well trained as he is, maybe better.  They are in a word, perfect, for each other.

Robin Leigh Miller’s BLACK SMOKE is the kind of heroine all women dream of being in their most secret fantasies and are equally happy that their lives have taken another path.  Well, most of the time anyway.  She is strong, capable, and sexy and the lone woman working alongside the very best of the very male dominated military elite.

Add to that picture a dangerous mission and some matchmaking spirit guides and the scene is set.  Miller’s BLACK SMOKE is a really hot and fun romance that this reader thoroughly enjoyed.  It’s action packed and totally believable in a good imagination kind of way.  The voices that give the main characters direction throughout the story are a wonderful tie together.  Action, romance and high levels of testosterone – what a wonderful combination.  This reader hopes that Robin Leigh Miller’s next book highlights one of the other members of her team.  This could very well be the beginning a great series.
