FOR A FEW DEMONS MORE is the latest book featuring Rachel Morgan. Not having read any of the previous books, it took a little time before this reader got into it. Rachel’s life is very complex. She is balancing her relationships with her boyfriend, Kisten and her girlfriend, Ivy. Ivy wants more than Rachel is willing to give and it causes a rift between them. Rachel is a likable heroine with a strong sense of loyalty. She feels like a real person who is conflicted by normal human emotions. The reader can see her positive as well as negative characteristics. Her relationships with her various friends tends to draw her into situations that requires her special brand of problem solving.

FOR A FEW DEMONS MORE features a world that is populated with vampires, witches and weres. The power struggle that exists between the groups is real as each tries to gain access to the Focus. Rachel is caught in the middle as she feels she must try to maintain the balance. This was an entertaining story although this reader would definitely recommend reading the previous books in this series to get your bearings of the what, where, who and whys. Readers of the series will definitely enjoy this new one and for those who haven’t read the previous books, it will make you want to read them!
