AJ is getting married and it is the day of the rehearsal.  Her mother announces that Cooper, her ex will be at the wedding.  The last thing she needs is the ex who she never really got over to show up, but she is going to have a second chance at love again, and again, and again.  Not knowing what is going on and why she keeps reliving the same day again, it may be that the one person who knows what is going on is the person that she does not want to give her heart to.  Cooper’s ex is getting married and he has a bored Greek god on his hands.  The ball is in Cooper’s court and he is the only one that can stop the reliving of the day, if he can figure out what he has to do. 

Sydney Somers has written a very entertaining story that has a wonderful mix of two lost lovers finding each other again, a couple of meddling gods and a plot that rivals Groundhog Day.  Ms. Somers gives her readers a tortured hero who needs to get ready to grovel and a heroine who gets confused at every turn.  With gods popping up at the most inconvenient moments it is no wonder.  Cooper is a hero that many a reader will swoon for.  He is more than prepared to do what is necessary to show the woman he loves that he is sorry for the mistakes he made.  For a short story, Ms. Somers gives the reader an exciting, well rounded read that is very satisfying.  The romance is very sensual with lots of tension and some hot moments...when the gods are not interrupting.  A great read!
