When her boyfriend Jackson tells her he is working late again, Bianca goes to his roommate and best friend Elton to see if it’s true and maybe to exact a little revenge.  Elton uses every ounce of self-control to try to tell Bianca that Jackson is not there and she should go home while Bianca uses every ounce of sex appeal to try to seduce Elton.  Bianca had always wanted Elton and now that she was going to dump Jackson she decided to take a little taste, what she had not planned on was Elton being the best lover she has ever had!  Neither of them thought any of their fantasies would ever become reality but now that they have, they must make some very tough decisions, mostly having to do with Jackson. 

Ms. Scott has penned a delightful tale about what happens when revenge backfires.  Bianca is a little hard to sympathize with about Jackson’s indiscretions since she keeps taking him back time after time, however this book seems to pick up at the straw that breaks the camel’s back and show the reader that Bianca is strong and has not been blind to all of Jackson’s flaws.  Elton and Jackson have a pretty typical male friendship, Jackson is a philanderer and Elton has a stronger moral fiber so the women have always flocked to Jackson and Elton has always been the shoulder on which to cry.  That moral fiber is quite apparent as the reader experiences Elton’s inner struggle over which is stronger, his loyalty to Jackson or his heart’s desire.  THE BEST REVENGE is full of steamy spontaneous sex and a couple of surprising twists that make this a must read!
