WHEN I FALL IN LOVE by Lynn Kurland has to be one of the best romances that this reviewer has ever had the pleasure of reading! It is enough to make even nonbelievers believe in the power of love.

Jennifer has become disenchanted with her life and just knows that, unlike her sisters, there isn’t a knight in shining armor out there for her. That is until she falls through a time gate and sees a man that takes her breath away. However, she knows better than to fall in love with Nicholas as she plans to return to her own time. Now if only she can find a time gate that will work for her…

Nicholas de Piaget is getting very tired of his grandmother’s plan to marry him off. All of the young ladies that she has been parading in front of him at Artane are interested only in his money and title. So with dreams of growing old by himself in front of the fire, Nicholas takes off for his keep at Wyckham. On the way though, he must save a beautiful young woman wearing ‘jeans’ from being burned as a witch. Will his life ever be the same?

WHEN I FALL IN LOVE is a wonderful story about how love can overcome obstacles, including time differences, peopled with characters that are so real that they seem to jump off the pages.
