Through Neon Eyes

The story of Bells and David Jessman continues. Jessman has his own work station and is incharge of the making of a new polymer gel, but since Bells has entered his life, he cannot concentrate on his work. All he wants to do is get back home and into his bed with Bells. The price for not doing a good day’s work is high and when an attempt on David’s life is made, Bells is there to protect him. David is falling in love with Bells, but who is Bells? Bells is falling for David and wants to trust him. In the world that Bells lives, one doesn’t trust anyone, but he does promise David to take care of him and protect him. The formula David is working on eludes him. His obsession with Bells the only thing that is keeping him sane, until he gets the notice that he has been fired. What can Bells do now?

If you have been following the THROUGH NEON EYES series and have enjoyed it so far, then you are in for a real treat. Michael Barnette continues the story of Bells, the zonewarrior and David Jessman, a man who lives and works for the society of this futuristic world that Mr. Barnette has created. He shows the reader the depth their relationship goes to and the consequences they must bear. There is a lot of hot, gay sex in this story with some BDSM elements, but there is such an emotional depth that this reviewer was fascinated. This is a read that needs to be savoured. Michael Barnette has created mulit-dimensional characters that will tug on the heartstrings of his readers. He keeps the reader on the edge of her seat wondering what will happen next. This reviewer can only highly recommend this stunning read and she can’t wait for more of this series and to learn more about Bells.
