For over a year Jennifer and Tony’s sex
live has taken the backburner to her new business venture and his
demanding career, now their marriage is in jeopardy.
Jennifer can’t help but confide in her
best friend Liz that she is worried about their future. They are both
extremely tired when they get home and they rarely make love. Jennifer
knows that if something does not change soon their marriage will be
doomed.
Liz and her husband Rob know a lot about
sex. Because of the active exhibitionists that they are, Jennifer hopes
her friend can offer some much needed advice to put the spice back into
their marriage.
When Liz and Rob offer a challenge will
it be too much for Jennifer and Tony? Will they lose the challenge and
their marriage?
SOME LIKE IT HOT takes you on a
journey through self-discovery. Ms. Nour brings a valid issue to the
table; sometimes we get so busy we forget what’s most important to us.
This reviewer felt drawn to the couple’s
problem immediately. The heroine Jennifer realized there was a problem
with intimacy and felt it was worth fighting for. While the hero Tony
realized their marriage was suffering, he had reservations as to
participating in the challenges he relented for the sake of the marriage.
Ms. Nour weaved interesting challenges
into the storyline along with believable characters. Jennifer was defined
as a reservist, but interested in pursuing the challenges. Tony had an
edge to him, and although he always wanted to explore it, he wanted it on
his terms, not his friends. His only flaw; sometimes he came across as a
spoiled brat. But that didn’t pull this reviewer away from the story.
SOME LIKE IT HOT is a quickie,
but you’ll find yourself in many different environments with this couple
trying to put the X back in Sex!
