Contemporary Erotic Chick Lit

Kat Matthews is a photographer and dreams of snapping that one in a million photo that will make her rich and famous.  While on holiday with her mother, she meets an eccentric, rich couple who offer her a chance of a lifetime.  If she dates their son, not only dates him but trains him so he’ll keep on dating, they’ll give her a chance to have her photographs seen by the owner of a very famous gallery.  So, Kat goes off to date the very hard working, absent-minded professor of bugs, Dr. Vincent Richmond.  Dr. Vincent is so into his very important work that he hardly acknowledges his new assistant.  But maybe he does notice her, in her cute outfits, her far out hair color and the way she moves her curvy hips.  Kat soon has to make a choice and decide what is really important in her life.

Michelle M. Pillow has written a very entertaining story that this reviewer really enjoyed reading.  About a family of five girls, this book is about Kat.  We are introduced to each of the sisters and this reviewer is certainly looking forward to their stories also. but back to this one.  The reader will be captured with the first chapter, and will be rooting for Kat as she moves dizzily from her interaction with her sisters, her ex-boyfriend and Vincent.  The story is tight, there is never a dull moment and the characters are the *leap from the page* kind.  There is enough conflict to keep the reader turning those pages to see what will happen next, but this reviewer didn’t give this story a full five hearts because the plot was somewhat predictable.  Nevertheless, it was a great story, the sex scenes were hot and sensual and over all great entertainment.
