Allison Caufield is a habitat designer and is in the jungles of Central America doing research.  What she finds however and captures on camera is a wolf which is thought to be extinct.  A wolf that is supposed to be a myth and a legend.  It’s one secret that could cost her her life.  Javier López has to stoop to lying, cheating and thieving to stop Allison from exposing his kind.  Then he becomes her savior and manages to get her to his place for protection.  She calls to his human and animal self and he cannot resist her scent or lush curves.  But before the midnight effect can take place, Javier needs all his skills and heightened senses to save her and claim her for his own. 

Oh, this reviewer enjoyed this dark little tale.  Cassandra Curtis knows how to not only give her readers an erotic thrill but also send shivers down her spine.  This reviewer enjoys her paranormals a bit on the dark side, with evil villains, a touch of violence and deep, dark secrets.  Ms. Curtis blends all this and more to give her readers a story that will be thought about long after reading.  This reviewer enjoyed the characters.  Allison is a woman who the reader will be rooting that she finds her true love and Javier is a man that every woman reader will fall in love with.  If you love your shapeshifter stories more on the dark side, then this story is for you.  This reviewer knows you will enjoy.
