Tom Latimore is a respected anesthesiologist at a Dallas hospital; he is also in search of a sexually compatible woman. RX FOR SUBMISSION does not disappoint in that the intensity of the relationship between the main characters is astounding. Tom cannot help but want to explore a relationship with Selina even though she does not fit the mold of what he thought he was looking for and Selina feels so drawn to Tom that she gives him the control that he so desires.

The struggle Tom has with trying to find a partner who will fit into his personal life with his mother, his professional life in the medical community and his sexual BDSM lifestyle adds an interesting element.
