Futuristic Romance

Dufluer Thyme doesn’t have the time or inclination for romance.  Obsessed with clearing her father’s name, she is convinced that emotion has no place and will in fact interfere with her research.  So when she receives a HeartGift, Dufluer refuses to accept it.

Saille T’Willow, Celta’s premier matchmaker, has recently discovered that Defluer is his HeartMate.  However with the discovery comes another.  His own grandmother was the one that blackened the Thyme name.  How can he get Dufluer to understand that all he wants is to love and protect her?

In HEART DANCE, author Robin D. Owens returns her readers to the delightful world of Celta where not everything is as it should be.  The late D’Willow, who was a wicked old woman if there ever was one, has had herself frozen until there is a way to cure her fatal illness.  Once the new T’Willow takes over as the new head of the family, he discovers some of what she has done and attempts to rectify it.  And the dance begins….

This reviewer is in absolute awe of Ms. Owens’ talents.  With a deft touch, she interweaves both a mystery and a romance that readers will remember for a long time.  This reader has never seen a book more aptly named as there is no better term to describe Dufluer and Saille’s romance then as a dance.  All the characters, both good and ill, are so strongly written that they will stay with the reader for a good long time.  And let’s not forget the Fams.  Who hasn’t at one time or another wished that our pets could talk.  Well be careful what you wish for.

HEART DANCE is one of those not to be missed books.  Be sure and pick up HEART DANCE today along with the rest of the Celta novels if you don’t already have them gracing the shelves of your library.
