Contemporary Romance

Nelson McKade finds himself in the middle of nowhere and just because he followed his grandfather’s request to help Ellen Tanner. He never thought that this job would include working on a farm. Nelson is a man who feels comfortable in his business suit and he is very challenged when it comes farm work.

Ellen couldn’t be any different than the women he normally meets, but there is something about her that fascinates and attracts him. Will they find a way to overcome their differences?

Ms. Thomas wrote with NELSON IN COMMAND a heart-warming tale that will have her readers fall in love with the characters. Nelson has to undergo quite a change during the story and it’s interesting to see how he handles the challenges that he encounters. Ellen is a tough woman, who had a lot of bad luck in her life and is not sure what she should think of Nelson. But very soon they discover that they are perfect for each other, although they couldn’t be more different.

NELSON IN COMMAND is the second book Ms. Thomas’ McKade Brother series and it can be read as stand-alone, although the reviewer also recommends to read Aaron under Construction, even if it just for the fun of it. Keep also your eyes open for the last book in the series Ryan’s Renovation will be released in August 2007.

The story is a very enjoyable book with which you can spend an enjoyable winter evening. So hurry and get your copy.
