Wanna know how to lose weight permanently? Then you need to pick up Lisa Delaney’s SECRETS OF A FORMER FAT GIRL

SECRETS OF A FORMER FAT GIRL is about Lisa Delaney’s struggle with being overweight. For most of her childhood into adulthood she found solace in food. At one time Ms. Delaney weighed 185 pounds at 5’ 4. But she’s put that all behind her now and for twenty years successfully kept it off. This size 2 writer knows all about what it feels like to be labeled a “fat girl” and with her seven secrets she’ll show you how to lose the weight and keep it off without the diet plans that just don’t work. Ms. Delaney will show you how to transform yourself into a confident person and guide you to your ideal weight.

Ms. Delaney has written a book that deals with the emotional side of why fat women stay fat! Everyone knows that if you eat less and exercise you’ll lose weight, but Ms. Delaney shows you how to change the way you think about food. This reviewer liked her advice on taking small steps towards your weight loss. As a former Weight Watchers member this reviewer knows that keeping the weight off isn’t easy. Ms. Delaney shows you how to prevent yourself from sabotaging your hard work.

If you are looking for a quick fix than SECRETS OF A FORMER FAT GIRL is not the book for you. But if you are looking to make a lifestyle change and get away from yo-yo dieting forever, then this is the book for you.

Overall this reviewer enjoyed this book. Ms. Delaney is inspiring. The only issue this reviewer had with SECRETS OF A FORMER FAT GIRL was the redundancy.
