Paranormal Romance/Vampire

Nicola ‘Nick’ Jefferson, a thief that has been relieving churches of their artifacts, has been having the most wonderful dreams in which she meets a Green Man and feels strangely drawn to him.  Gabriel Seran, one of the Kyn, has been captured and tortured.  The only thing keeping him alive is his Gift and his dreams.

Richard Tremayne, the high lord of the Darkyn, has kidnapped Alexandra Keller in hopes that she can cure him.  However, Alexandra only desires to escape and return to Michael as Michael plots on how to ensure her return.

In NIGHT LOST, Ms Viehl continues the saga of the Darkyn with grace and style.  Set in exotic locations, spiced with danger and intrigue and peopled with realistic characters, this is one paranormal romance that this reviewer recommends for readers that like their romance with that edge of supernatural danger and of course for all lovers of the Darkyn.

NIGHT LOST starts out with two totally separate subplots, so divergent in fact that this reader wondered why they were in the same book.  It was a rather unique way to introduce readers to new characters in one while revisiting old friends in the other.  And what new characters!  Nick is a rather intriguing woman who so deserves Gabriel’s love yet isn’t sure that she can accept it.  Gabriel is a rather unique Darkyn in that he seems to be too gentle and can really use a woman like Nick.  And this reviewer has to admit that she was blown away by the way they merged in the end for a very satisfying conclusion.

Be sure to rush out to pick up your copy of NIGHT LOST and be prepared to ward off any disturbances as you are reading.
