Cupcake, a tall, powerful, brawny Lycan.  At least brawny is the appearance he makes.  But Liberty knows better, and for her he’s a gentle giant.  After getting blinded, he’s hovering over her protective and caring.  They’re waiting for a shipment.  She’s lusted after him for years.  As the first member of the lycanthrope team of soldiers-for-hire, she’s been waiting for him to make his move.  Cupcake doesn’t feel worthy of her.  All he has is his fists, not a credit to his name and Liberty is such a cultured lady, with money.  She’s seen the longing in his eyes when he thought she wasn’t looking and swears she saw fire in his pale eyes.  Well, Cupcake is going to find out that the passion between them is not something that can be denied and Cupcake learns that someone can love him for who he really is.  In spite of a past that is catching up with him. 

Hold onto your seat, make sure there is lots of ice handy and get ready for a great read!  Nathalie Gray grabs her readers and pulls them into the story with engaging, realistic and larger than life characters that the reader will follow and root for until the end of the story.  The action is riveting with an adventure that will surely make the reader gasp.  Ms. Gray doesn’t hold back, her action scenes are tight, bloody and raw.  The sex scenes are raunchy, no holds barred but at the same time sensual and very romantic.  Love between two werewolves can get very rough, but the love shines through.  Cupcake and Liberty have a truly fantastic love story.  Ms. Gray gives her fans a story that is well rounded in every way.  A great plot, wonderful characters and hot sex.  This reviewer particularly liked Dragana, whose formidable weapon is called Peanut.  Two thumbs up!
