Writers talk
about writer’s block and the different ways they get over it. One thing
that seems to help is chocolate and that’s why you’ll find a very tasty
recipe at the start of this story. Then, you’ll hear that authors talk
to their characters, and sometimes their characters take over the story
and go in directions the author hadn’t actually planned. Well, see what
happens when a woman has been shipwrecked on an island for a long time
and has just about given up when a man is washed up on shore. She hopes
he can work, she hopes they can survive. But when the writer gets
writer’s block at a crucial moment, the characters decide to take
matters into their own hands to get the story moving.
This is a rather
ingenious story and Jennifer Mueller has pulled it off in her own
special style. She has crafted two very believable characters and she
not only lets the reader into their heads, but also into the head of the
author of the story. This is so well done, that the reader is totally
drawn into the story. Ms. Mueller has created a wonderful hero who is
really ready and willing to do absolutely anything to get the author
into the mood. This story is entertaining, humorous, sexy and a tad
erotic. One hopes that all authors have such accommodating heroes.
This reviewer recommends readers to hop over to Romance At Heart
Publications and get this little jewel. It’s well worth the .99 cents!
