An ancient prophesy, five artifacts. If found by the wrong people, devastation could rip the earth apart. In the Middle Eastern desert, tribal bands wander the sands looking for a lost temple. He should have been dead, but Manara miraculously saves his life. He is in for a long recuperation and uses his time to find out more about this enigmatic woman who he feels a close bond to. Little does he know that he is about to be thrown into a world he has long denied and needs to face fears he’s had for a long time. It is going to also take a miracle for him to break down the walls of Manara’s heart and for them to do the things destiny demands of them.

This is a wonderful, deep, engrossing read that will thrill and chill the reader. This reviewer was excited to be able to get to review this story as it is a re-release with all the original pieces added that were not in the first publication. Esther Mitchell writes multi-dimensional characters that take the reader’s breath away. It is exciting, with lots of action and villains that are truly villainous. It’s a gritty, realistic story with no holds barred and the reader will be fascinated by every aspect of this story. This reviewer enjoyed reading this story very much and can highly recommend it. Esther Mitchell is a very talented writer, engaging all the emotions from her reader. Sexual tension is high and the romance between Matthew and Manara is sweet and tender. If you like a story that is full of suspense, steeped in mystery with a touch of the paranormal, then don’t miss this one!!
