Becky Blake is
the owner of “The Buckin’ Bronco All Male Review” and she is at her wits
end when her vibrator dies and she can’t seem to have a relationship
with a flesh and blood man. She decides to take the advice of her
friend who is a witch and go out to the desert and conjure up the man of
her dreams. She thinks that all she did was end up getting sand in very
uncomfortable places until Rick Frazier walks into her bar to apply for
the bartending position. She keeps having a feeling of familiarity when
he’s around however it isn’t until they actually act upon their mutual
attraction that it all comes together in her mind. Now, Becky is
concerned that Rick is only interested in her because of the stupid
spell she cast in the desert and can’t bring herself to pursue an actual
relationship with him.
HOW TO CONJURE
A MAN gets off to somewhat
of slow start while Becky is in the desert casting the spell, after that
the heat just steadily rises! It isn’t just the physical parts of the
sex scenes that make this a great read; it’s the emotional intensity
that both Becky and Rick experience whenever they are around each
other. At times the intensity is overwhelming, leaving the reader
wanting more of this powerhouse of a couple!
The setting of
the male review club gives a secluded feel to the entire story and makes
the reader feel as though they are part of an intimate audience to the
amazing story of Becky and Rick. The author also did a great job with
the other characters in the story. She reminds us that it isn’t always
women who have the kind of jobs that society doesn’t always approve of.
Nancy Lindquist
is an awesome author and this reviewer cannot get enough of her work!
